After the procedure, the patient must continue oral antibiotics as prescribed by a doctor. In case the patient has been on any prostate medication before, it will have to be continued for another while.
Very important to have in mind is – the effect of REZUM will not occur instantly but only by time since the obstructive tissue will have to shrink.
