Quality Assurance (QA) is the foundation of a clinical laboratory, and American Hospital Dubai Laboratory has institutionalized a comprehensive approach to QA across the spectrum of its diagnostic processes, from Specimen Processing and Data Entry to Results.
We use cutting-edge technology in our multi-processes, and our lab operations are governed by a robust internal and external Quality Control program to ensure we deliver accurate and reliable results.
Our internal Quality Control program employs multiple levels of approved quality control materials, monitored daily and monthly by our laboratory supervisors. We have been participating in an interlaboratory proficiency testing program by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) since 2002, ensuring our services uphold the highest industry standards.
