The 9 months pass by so fast! The time for delivery is approaching you to begin to wonder "do I have everything I need in my hospital bag", "am I prepared"?
Here at American Hospital Dubai, we invite you all to join our complimentary Parent Education Course, to help provide you with the confidence and self-belief you need for labor, birth, and parenting.
Parent Education classes will be held every Saturday Morning 10 am-12 pm and are available to ALL parents to be regardless of whether you are booked to have your baby in American Hospital Dubai.
Parent Education classes will be held monthly on two Saturdays mornings from 09:30 am to 1:30 pm and are available to ALL parents to be regardless of whether you are booked to have your baby in American Hospital Dubai.
Parent Education Classes are divided into 2 classes with a new topic discussed each session.
Session 1:
In this class you will l learn about the Last Trimester of Pregnancy, when to come to the hospital, what to prepare, how to prepare yourself, coping mechanisms in labor, and Induction of Labor, what is happening in the delivery unit, the different types of births, types of analgesia, and the power of Skin to Skin.
Session 2:
All you need to know about breastfeeding and feeding your baby and postpartum changes, baby care, and adapting to life with a Newborn.
All Classes will be held in Bed Tower Conference Room, on the ground floor in American Hospital Dubai, Oud Metha.
