Born at 27 weeks and weighing just 995 grams this baby girl and her family have managed to overcome countless obstacles with the help of American Hospital Dubai. Starting off her life journey earlier than expected via emergency cesarean section, she was on oxygen support for almost 84 days. Parenteral nutrition, blood transfusion, x-rays, eye screenings, heart evaluations, head, and hip ultrasounds were also part of her 86 days journey in NICU.
Now, weighing 2.865kg and taking oral feeds this baby girl is now home with her family. Our team wishes her a healthy and happy future ahead.
