Dr. Saista Amin is a Consultant Pediatrician and Specialist Pediatric Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at American Hospital Dubai and Al Barsha satellite clinics. She was previously based at the Ministry Hospital, the Al Qassimi Women and Children Hospital, as an acting consultant and interim head of department. She has previously worked at Kings College Hospital, London, one of the largest centers for pediatric liver transplants, and at the Hospital for Sick Kids, Toronto. With a passion for medical education, Dr. Saista was part of the core committee of the pediatric residency training program. An examiner for the prestigious clinical exams for the Royal college UK-MRCPCH in UAE and Emirati board exams She is also a member of the ILTS (International Liver Transplant Society).
