Saba Aslam

Dr. Saba Aslam is a PhD clinical psychologist with over 8 years of clinical experience working in this field with all age groups, such as children, adolescents, and adults. She holds a doctorate degree in clinical psychology and received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She is a member of many national and international organizations. She has extensive experience in the research field during which she conducted several studies on different psychological problems and published many articles in different journals. Moreover, throughout her career, Dr Saba has worked in several specialized hospitals in Pakistan and Dubai which has broadened her perspective and strengthened her interests in pediatric/child psychology and adult psychology. She is specialized in providing one on one psychotherapy and psychological support for adults and children for different mental health issues. Moreover, Dr. Saba follows holistic approach in therapy and diverse intervention including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, trauma focused CBT, psychological first aid, behavior modification, play therapy and systematic therapy. Moreover, Dr. Saba is proficient in psychological assessment and psychoeducational assessment for ages 7 and above. She is so keen on providing her patients with a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where they can vent and receive support.
