Dr. Mahira Yunus is a UK Board-certified Consultant Interventional Breast Radiologist with 27 years of experience in three different countries (Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and the UAE). She received her basic medical training in Dow Medical College Karachi, Pakistan; did MCPS and FCPS at Aga Khan University & Hospital Karachi; and completed her Diagnostic Radiology Fellowship (FRCR) in Royal College of Radiologists (London). Her work experience includes Diagnostic breast work-up (simple and complex multimodality cases) and minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic breast biopsies and interventions, including FNAs core biopsies, ultrasound/mammogram and MRI guided diagnostic and excisional vacuum assisted biopsies and interventions.
