Madhubrata Hazra

Dr. Madhubrata Hazra is a UK-trained Consultant in Palliative Medicine at American Hospital Dubai. He completed his specialty training in Palliative Medicine in South Yorkshire region at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals and obtained the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). After completion of training, he worked as a Consultant in Palliative Medicine at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals and St. John’s Hospice, Doncaster. He has over 12 years of experience in Palliative Medicine. He believes in providing Palliative Care to improve the quality of life of patients with serious life-limiting illnesses. His main areas of interest are symptom control in complex cancer-related pain, nausea, constipation, breathlessness, and providing support to terminally ill patients and their families.
