Karim Khalil

Mr. Karim Khalil is a licensed clinical psychologist for adults. Mr. Khalil received his clinical training from the American University of Beirut Medical Center in Lebanon. He went on to establish successful practice in a private clinic before moving to the UAE. His expertise includes individual psychotherapy with emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and relational psychodynamic therapy. In parallel to his private practice, Mr. Khalil also worked with a number of Non-Governmental Organizations to address the specific needs of minority and vulnerable populations affected by violence, trauma, and interpersonal issues across the Middle East. This included 'Choice' program by KAFA and also the Arab Foundation of Freedom and Equality (AFE). Mr. Khalil is an active and reputable advocate for mental health awareness and education. He has been invited to provide talks and sessions targeting major universities and a variety of audiences in the MENA region.
