International visitors to Dubai would need a visiting visa. It needs to be arranged through your travel agent or through the hotel that you would like to book with, prior to arrival.

If you need an ambulance pick up at the airport, prior arrangements are to be made. The ambulance pickup fee is 800 Dirhams (Dubai Airport to AHD). Alternatively, a taxi pick up can also be arranged as well as a handicap taxi (up on request).

If you need a special Airport Escort service, Marhaba Service (meaning welcome in the Arabic language), can be arranged for a fee of 250 Dirhams.

The hospital facility has a helicopter helipad for Emergency use and has an affiliation with a well known Flight Ambulance Company (FAI).

The hospital is about (10 min – 15 min) drive from the Dubai International Airport.
